Our mission is to establish a strong union among black students pursuing degrees in journalism, broadcasting, visual communications, public relations, mass communications and other majors interested in getting an insight into the media world.

 

We offer members networking opportunities and resources that they need to be successful in the journalism field. Our members get the chance to cover events, create broadcast stories, write for our blog, and more. 

 

Contrary to popular belief, we are not just for students who are black and in the journalism school! We are just a collegiate affiliate of the National Association of Black Journalists.

 

We welcome anyone and everyone who is interested.
